Most recently, they’ve demanded evidence that the virtual card is “in my possession”—a request that’s not only unreasonable, but fundamentally nonsensical. By definition, a virtual card isn’t a physical object you can hold. It exists digitally. Asking for physical proof of a virtual item is just another tactic to stall and avoid paying out.I’ve requested my account be closed four times. Each time, they respond with vague promises to “check the status” or ask for yet another document. It’s a textbook runaround. The truth is, they have no intention of honoring withdrawals, and I have no intention of spending another dime on their site.
